This is dedicated to the resurrection of New Orleans, Louisiana. Our rich culture, care for one another, and roll-up-our-sleeves tenacity will lead New Orleans into a new golden era. "...everyone who knows New Orleans loves it because it is the most down-to-earth, real place in the country. There is no poser action in this city. It is the real deal--what you see is what you get." Figure me out somethin', would ya?
If I am making a claim against the Corps of Engineers, why do I drop it off at THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS?
I thought we paid lawyers and courts good money to handle the middle man work here.
WTF?
I told somebody today that this is a bad setup for us, good setup for the Corps. How do we know that they're not just taking the claims and throwing them in the River?
I sent mine fedex, so I have the signature of B. Hales on pdf in a secure location, and now backed up to my offsite secure location, third copy mailed to a monastary on Crete, just in case.
Yeah, it's the fed's rules, and when they deny all these claims, you sue them in, guess what? Federal Court.
