It was said, "World Class is not going to come from above, only from within". We shouldn't expect Don Powell to crack the whip at Eddie Jordan, Chief Riley or the ACOE. We need to hold them to the fire.

The scandal is that it makes news when the chief and the DA work together.
Anybody want to keep a scorecard on how they're doing re: their goals?
Anyone think they'll clear 50% goal achievement?
Hell. I'll give em a gold star just for writing down a few areas where the police can make the DA's job easier and vice versa, if that will make them feel productive.
