Well, if you live in New Orleans and go to a nondescript little cafeteria on the campus of Loyola University New Orleans, you have this, from Dunbar's, for $6.99. Smothered pork chop, sweet potatoes, rice and gravy, greens, and a roll or cornbread. The pork chop peels off the pone with a plastic fork. You don't even need the knife.
